Ground Based Cleaning

From the ground up our staff are trained to clean safely. Whether using extension poles, steps or ladders all staff have practical experience and recognised training qualifications to operate safely around your buildings. Supported by area managers and an HSEQ team, technicians can evaluate how best to work in dynamic environments.

Reach & Wash Cleaning (Water-Fed Poles)

The use of high-reach poles has become an industry standard for the safe cleaning of windows above the first floor. From the ground our trained operatives can manipulate safely a carbon fibre pole reaching to heights of 23 Metres (75 ft) roughly some 6 floors.

Rope Access Cleaning (Abseiling)

We specialise in accessing some of the most complex structures across the city; often where costly access machinery has been used or areas have been deemed inaccessible. Our directly-employed rope access technicians are overseen by IRATA level 3 supervisors. Staff enter a continuous training program with practical experience focused on client sites.

MEWP Cleaning (Cherry Pickers)

We provide specialist machinery and operators where necessary for us to clean buildings with challenging access. For some sites, this might mean a versatile truck-mounted machine, for others this might mean delivering lightweight, narrow-gauge spider machines to fit into seemingly inaccessible spaces.

BMU Cradle Cleaning

Many larger buildings in the city are fitted with BMU machinery. Clients requiring one-off cleans and those who have enjoyed our services for more than two decades make use of our trained and certified technicians. As part of a comprehensive review of your building we can determine the most efficient use of this machinery in combination with other specialist access solutions.

Working-At-Height Cleaning (Harness)

All of our technicians are trained in the use of safety harnesses and in completing works at height. Being able to create a safe system of works when access is challenging is key to our service delivery. You, as a client, can be confident in receiving excellent results delivered in the safest of manners by a dedicated team.
