We will be cleaning the external face of all opening windows and your balcony windows. We will protect your flooring and furniture, but it would be helpful if you could move furniture and possessions away from the windows.

Our cleaner can be contacted through the Concierge if there are any issues or questions. If you will not be at home and choose to leave keys with the Concierge, please ensure that you note this on the booking form.

There are no payments due to us or our staff for this service.
