TLWC was awarded the contract at tender to care for the vertical cleaning at site. Working during the handover phase, we worked with site management to deliver a responsive and flexible service designed to respond to evolving needs and access challenges.
Approach
Working from Practical Completion and handover of the site, we worked with the Site Management to roll-out a progressive cleaning strategy as units were completed and handed over.
A multi-disciplinary approach was required with abseilers, BMU operators and Reach&Wash specialists on site.
Work Summary
With a site-based Works Manager looking after a team of technicians delivering multiple access strategies, we delivered an iconic building coming out of the construction process to a fully occupied residential building.
Adapting to machinery issues and evolving site access conditions, we were proud of results achieved for the residents.
